Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Optimize sales processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide strategic direction.
Collaborate closely with marketing and finance to align strategies.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales management (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Bilingual: English & Spanish (advanced level required).
